Ham & Cheese Breakfast Naan
Scrambled eggs, smoky ham, melted cheese, and fresh herbs come together on warm naan for a quick, satisfying meal.
Friends, I’ve got one more naan bread breakfast idea I’d like to share with you — and it’s a good one.
If you missed the other recipes in this little breakfast series, here they are:
• Naan Breakfast Toast with Bacon
• Easy Mini Breakfast Naan
Each of these recipes are simple, delicious, and quick to make — perfect for busy mornings, but nice enough for weekend brunch when you want something warm, hearty, and homemade.
Here’s the ingredients you’ll need:
Butter
Eggs
Cheese
Black Forest Ham
Salt, pepper and parsley or other fresh herbs
Naan bread, medium-sized
Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard
This one couldn’t be easier — melt a pat of butter, scramble your eggs, and season them just right.
Add the slices of ham and a generous handful of cheese on top, then slide it onto a warmed naan bread and finish with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
Slice into wedges and breakfast is served!
Tips for this recipe:
Serve it warm, straight from the pan with a little fruit on the side or a drizzle of hot sauce if you like things spicy.
I like to add a few slices of avocado or a spoonful of salsa on top, but honestly, it’s great just as it is.
If you’re feeding a crowd, make a few and cut them into wedges — they look great piled on a wooden board with fruit, yogurt cups, and a little bowl of salsa. Looks and tastes amazing with minimal effort.

Naan Breakfast Pizza
Makes one pizza that serves 1-2 people
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of butter
2 eggs, scrambled
Salt and Pepper
1 slice of cheddar cheese ( or shredded, 1/4 cup)
3 thin slices of Black Forest Ham
1 Naan Bread, medium-sized
2 teaspoons each, mayonnaise and Dijon mustard
Fresh Parsley and spring greens
In a large non-stick skillet, heat the butter on medium heat.
Whisk the eggs together in a bowl with a splash of water or milk until fluffy. Add the eggs to the skillet with the butter and a pinch of salt and pepper. Using a silicone or non-stick spatula, scramble the eggs until cooked through.
Lay the ham slices over the top of the scrambled eggs, then add the cheese on top. Place a lid on the skillet and lower the temperature a little to just keep everything warm and let the cheese melt.
Heat the Naan bread in a toaster oven, regular toaster, or microwave.
To assemble, mix the mayo and Dijon together and spread over the warmed Naan. Place the eggs, ham and cheese on top of the Naan. Slice into wedges and serve.
