Green Tea: You'll need a cup for two servings, steeped for about 5 minutes to make it concentrated. Filtered water is best if possible.
Peaches: Just 2-3, plus extra for garnish.
Lemonade: Small bottles are available at most grocery stores, or make homemade lemonade instead.
Honey: A touch of honey is the perfect little bit of sweetness in this recipe.
Use other types of tea if you'd prefer, like lemon verbena, black tea or Earl Grey.
Be sure to peel your peaches before you puree, otherwise you''ll have dark specs from the skin throughout the drink.
If you don't have fresh peaches, try canned peach pulp or nectar, found in well-stocked grocery stores.
If you want this drink sweeter, just add more honey.

Ingredients
▢ ½ cup Peach puree made from 2-3 fresh peaches See tips
▢ 1 teaspoon Honey
▢ 1 cup Green Tea, regular or decaffeinated, chilled
▢ ½ cup Lemonade, chilled
▢ Ice, crushed
▢ Extra peaches, for garnish
Instructions
Make a simple peach puree by peeling the peaches to remove the skin, then chop them and puree in a food processor or electric blender.
Add the honey and let it process for about a minute. The mixture should be loose and pour-able, but still thick.
Using a large jar with a lid, add a ½ cup of peach puree, the green tea, and ½ cup of lemonade. Fill the jar with ¾ of the way with crushed ice, then shake the mixture well to combine.
Pour into two glasses over more ice, garnish with fresh peach slices if desired, and serve.
Notes
Use other types of tea if you’d like! Lemon verbena, black tea or other varieties are good with this recipe too.
