Every summer, there’s one warm, homey dessert I look forward to making almost more than any other.
This Summer Fruit Crisp starts with whatever stone fruit and berries I have on hand and ends with a buttery, golden crumble topping that’s just as welcome at a dinner party as it is at brunch, a backyard barbecue, or a potluck.
Just don’t forget the vanilla ice cream or freshly whipped cream.
This one’s from the archives, so I gave it a little refresh. I’ve updated the recipe for clarity too (translation: I removed about 150 exclamation points), simplified the instructions, and added a printable PDF in case you need it.
