- FOR FRESH FIGS AND YOGURT
- 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain or vanilla
- 4 Figs, fresh and sliced in quarters
- 1 tbsp Pistachios, chopped
- 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shaved
- 2 sprigs Thyme, fresh
- 1 tsp Honey
- FOR FRESH FIGS ON TOASTED BREAD:
- 1 slice Sourdough bread, sliced 1/2" thick
- 1 tsp Lemon Olive Oil or regular olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cream Cheese, light
- 2 Figs, fresh, sliced thin
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Flaky Sea Salt like Maldon
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh leaves
For Fresh Figs and Yogurt:
Place yogurt in a shallow bowl and top with the fresh figs, pistachios, cheese, thyme and honey
For Fresh Figs on Toasted Bread:
Drizzle the bread with the lemon olive oil Place it on a baking sheet and broil until toasted and light brown on the edges, remove from oven Smear the cream cheese on the warm toast, and top with the fresh figsDrizzle with honey Top with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and fresh thyme
