  • For Two Servings:
  • One cup best quality vanilla ice cream
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup solid pack pumpkin I like Libby's
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice plus more for garnish
  • Frozen whipped topping slightly defrosted


  • Put all ingredients in a blender except for the frozen whipped topping and blend on high speed until completely smooth. You can add a little more milk if needed to make the mixture easy to pour.
  • Pour into glasses and serve with a small scoop of frozen whipped topping on top as a garnish, with a pinch of cinnamon on top.
