Ingredients

  • EASY FRESH FIG RECIPE #1 (Fresh Figs and Greens)
  • 1 cup Greens, organic
  • 4 slices Manchego cheese
  • 4 Fresh Figs, sliced
  • 1 tsp Flaky sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. Flat leaf Parsley, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Hazelnuts, chopped
  • EASY FRESH FIG RECIPE #2 (figs and yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt, any flavor
  • 4 Fresh Figs, quartered
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries, fresh
  • 1/4 cup Granola, any variety
  • 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  • EASY FRESH FIG RECIPE #3 (Figs on Toast)
  • 1 Slice Sourdough or artisan bread, toasted
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 Fresh figs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey

Instructions

  • EASY FRESH FIG RECIPE #1
  • Place the greens on a plate or platter
  • Place the sliced Manchego cheese on the plate too
  • Add the sliced fresh figs
  • Sprinkle with the sea salt, fresh parsley, honey and chopped hazelnuts.
  • Drizzle with olive oil

  • Place yogurt in a small bowl
  • Add the fresh figs
  • Add the fresh blueberries
  • Add the granola
  • Add the honey, if using
  • EASY FRESH FIG RECIPE #3 (Figs on Toast)
  • Slice the bread 1/2 " thick
  • Drizzle olive oil on the bread
  • Toast the bread under the broiler until lightly brown on the edges and heated through
  • Smear the cream cheese on the warm bread
  • Add the sliced fresh figs on top
  • Add the pistachios
  • Add the thyme, sea salt and honey

Notes

  • Maldon is my favorite flaky sea salt
